OCE Interactive Advisory Board Adds Schulte Roth & Zabel Partner David Nissenbaum

NEW YORK, April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- David Nissenbaum, a partner at law firm Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, has joined the Board of Advisors of OCE Interactive, the company announced.  OCE is the developer of Market Topographer™ (www.markettopographer.com), a new Web-based platform for researching, benchmarking and comparing the valuation of U.S. stocks.

Nissenbaum's practice focuses on corporate, bank regulation and securities matters.  Based in Schulte Roth's New York office, he primarily represents institutional and entrepreneurial investment managers, financial services firms and private investment funds in all aspects of their businesses.   A member of the advisory board of the Hedge Fund CFO Association, he is a frequent speaker and author of articles on private investment funds.
