Oberg Industries Selects New Director of Human Resources

FREEPORT, Pa., April 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Oberg Industries, a full-service contract manufacturer of precision metal components, tooling and stamping assemblies, is pleased to announce that Joseph G. O'Brien has joined the company as Director of Human Resources. Mr. O'Brien, an accomplished Human Resources executive, has worked in a variety of HR leadership roles for more than 20 years. He will report to Oberg's President and CEO, David Bonvenuto.

Mr. O'Brien will guide and supervise the HR teams at the company's U.S.A. manufacturing headquarters
in Freeport, PA and facility in San Jose, Costa Rica. "Joe brings an absolute focus on the organizational development of our employees and a track record of strategic leadership in the Human Resources area,"

Joe O'Brien most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources and Facilities for Tollgrade Communications, Inc. Mr. O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Gannon University, Erie, PA and has SPHR and GPHR certifications through the HR Certification Institute.
