WASHINGTON, June 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Family Research Council (FRC) expressed disappointment today after the Obama administration decided on Monday to make the morning after pill, Plan B, available for purchase by anyone, regardless of age, without parental consent or a doctor's prescription.

Of the decision Anna Higgins, J.D., director of the Center for Human Dignity at the Family Research Council, said:
