- Chair – Ann Marie Mehlum, president and chief executive officer, Summit Bank, Eugene, OR
- Chair-Elect – Chris Karlin, senior vice president – government banking, U.S. Bank, Portland
- Secretary-Treasurer – Mark Stevenson, president and chief executive officer, Capital Pacific Bank, Portland
