Oasis Outsourcing Welcomes Kelley Castell as Chief Operating Officer
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Oasis Outsourcing, the nation's largest privately held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is pleased to announce that Kelley Castell has joined as Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, he will be responsible for driving value creation, providing strategic and operational leadership that focuses on delivering high-quality service to clients, refining sales and marketing to drive outstanding and consistent sales results, and building the organization by upgrading the company's capabilities to better enable future growth.
Previously, Castell was the Senior Vice President of Client Services and Portfolio Management for First Data Corporation. He has also had a long and distinguished military career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, and is currently serving as the Executive Officer of the Naval Cooperation and Guidance for Shipping Unit in San Diego. He also continues to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserves.
