TROY, Mich., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Oakland Mall is kicking off the holiday season with "A Magical Night of Giving" on December 5, 2010 to support non-profit organizations in Metro Detroit and reward shoppers for thinking charitably this holiday season.
Magical Night of Giving, is a three-hour holiday extravaganza that includes exclusive savings throughout the mall, family-oriented activities, holiday entertainment, and prize giveaways for wristband holders. Local non-profit and charitable organizations can sell wristbands to the general public in the weeks leading up to the occasion, and they keep 100% of the proceeds. Any Metro Detroit 501 c3 non-profit may sign up to sell wristbands for their charity. For information on how to pick-up their wristband sales kit, charities may log on to www.oaklandmall.com and click on Magical Night of Giving. Sales kits are free. Wristbands will sell for $5.
