With days away from the closing of the acquisition of Technologies Argus First de Mexico O2 Secure Wireless poises to receive over 20 million dollars in revenue and taps into a multi-billion dollar market

(OTC PINK: OTOW), is pleased to announce it is finally near completion in the company's first major milestone for its shareholders. The closing of the acquisition of Technologies Argus First de Mexico catapults O2 Secure Wireless Inc. into a new competitive arena of wireless technologies.

By the end of 2014, there will be almost 1 billion Internet users coming from LAC, and that the number of telecommunications and mobile-broadband subscriptions will reach 2.3 billion globally.
