Bartolucci, a veteran of the beauty industry and Co-Founder of the cult brand, DuWop Cosmetics, will work along-side NYX's Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Toni K. providing leadership and support in the areas of product development and overall brand strategy and creative.

Bartolucci brings over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry to her new role at NYX. Beginning her career as a makeup artist for A-list celebrities, as well as notable film, television shows and national commercials, she most recently served as Vice President of Brand Relations for Preferred Display where she consulted on design and development of point of purchase displays for domestic and international beauty retailers. Prior, she served as Vice President of Innovation for Roberts Cosmetics – an industry leader in cosmetic packaging and formula development. Within this role, Bartolucci created over 100 products for leading cosmetics brands around the world.
These positions came on the heels of co-founding and acting as Chief Creative Officer of DuWop Cosmetics, the cult brand responsible for creating such innovative products as Lip Venom – the 1st ever lip plumper. Bartolucci's role as Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer included responsibility for all creative direction, including product and shade development, packaging and logo design, merchandising, web marketing, photo shoots and collateral production. The success of DuWop Cosmetics resulted in the achievement of numerous industry awards such as the prestigious Allure "Best of Beauty," O, The Oprah Magazine "O-Ward," and Redbook "Most Valuable Product," among many others.
