NYBC's 50th Anniversary Videos Win Gold

NEW YORK, April 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- New York Blood Center (NYBC) is proud to announce two "Golden Reels" and one "Silver Reel" Awards won at the 45^th Media Communications Association-International (MCA-I) Media Festival.  The videos were produced for the 50^th anniversary of NYBC to showcase the center's advancement in science and role in the community.

For more than 40 years, the MCA-I Media Festival has celebrated excellence in media communications. Internationally recognized, the Golden Reels are highly coveted.

Industry professionals judge the entrants on a range of styles and creativity, focusing on: Message Design, Creative Elements and Production Elements.
