HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., Oct. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NuVision Federal Credit Union, together with the Carson Chamber of Commerce and other civic leaders, held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate its new branch opening in Carson, Calif. The branch is located at 2350 East 223rd Street at the Tesoro Corporate Office center in Carson.

Special guests at the event included: Eric Boyd, Deputy District Director for U.S. Congresswoman Janice Hahn (CA-44), who presented NuVision with a Certificate of Special Recognition from the U.S. Congress in honor of the Carson branch grand opening; Sharnette Clemons, Field Representative for California State Assembly member Isadore Hall, III (64th District), who presented NuVision with a Certificate of Recognition from the California Legislature; Jim Dear, Mayor of the City of Carson; and Walter Neil, Chairman of the Board of the Carson Chamber of Commerce and Director of Government and Public Affairs for Tesoro.
