The Nursing Home Compliant Center is initiating a national campaign focused on seeing to it that the family of a nursing home patient who has been admitted to a hospital ER, or ICU, and or who has died with the cause of death being sepsis, or septic shock gets compensated.
If an ER doctor, or a physician in a hospital ICU has told a family their loved one was transported to the hospital from a nursing home, and their family member has been diagnosed with sepsis, or septic shock the family is urged to contact the Nursing Home Complaint Center immediately at 866-714-6466. http://NursingHomeComplaintCenter.Com
So what is sepsis? According to the CDC, "Sepsis is an illness that affects all parts of the body that can happen in response to an infection and can quickly become life-threatening. In severe cases of sepsis, one or more organs fail. In the worst cases, sepsis causes the blood pressure to drop and the heart to weaken, leading to septic shock. Once this happens, multiple organs may quickly fail and the patient can die." http://www.cdc.gov/sepsis/
The Nursing Home Complaint Center says, "Based on our experience many nursing homes are short staffed nationwide, so they do not have adequate staffing levels to properly keep their patients clean. Without a diligent protocol to keep their patients clean nursing home residents can develop bed sores. Bed sores if left untreated can develop into sepsis, septic shock, and then the nursing home patient dies."
So why is the Nursing Home Complaint Center urging highly rated elder abuse, or wrongful death lawyers, or law firms in every state to join them in their initiative to seek justice for victims of a wrongful death, because of neglect at a nursing home?
The Nursing Home Complaint Center says, "There are a lot more victims of wrongful deaths at nursing homes, than any other type of wrongful death we can think of.
"We need at least one AV rated elder abuse, or neglect law firm in every state to join us in our effort. In states like New York, California, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Washington, Ohio, Illinois, Arizona, or Nevada we might need two. Most families are not aware that sepsis, or septic shock involving a nursing home patient could be a wrongful death.
"If you are a law firm that specializes in elder abuse, or neglect, and you have a track record in achieving significant financial compensation for the families of nursing home victims of sepsis, or septic shock please give us a call at 866-714-6466, so we can more fully explain our initiative." http://NursingHomeComplaintCenter.Com
