Number of shares and votes in EQT

• 80,360,882 ordinary shares were issued in connection with the closing of the combination with Coller Capital on 31 August 2026, as previously announced

• As of 30 September 2026, there are 1,245,922,458 shares outstanding in EQT

STOCKHOLM, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The number of shares and votes in EQT AB (publ) ("EQT") has increased by 80,360,882 shares and votes as a result of the combination with Coller Capital, the completion of which was announced on 31 August 2026. As part of the consideration, EQT has issued 80,360,882 new ordinary shares to Coller Capital's selling shareholders. The share capital has increased by 8,211,332.95 SEK to SEK 133,546,499.29.

The number of shares and votes in EQT as of 30 September 2026 is set out in the table below.
