NuEarth Purchases New Distribution and Manufacturing Facility in Alliance, OH

MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla., April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NuEarth Corporation (Pink Sheets: NUEC) ("NuEarth"), a manufacturer and marketer of "Clean & Green" products and technology, today announced that it has expanded its commitment to the North American market by entering into an agreement to purchase a 65,923 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Alliance, Ohio, for the establishment of a permanent distribution and manufacturing facility.  The facility is located on approximately 5.6 acres of land.

The facility will provide NuEarth Corporation with easy access to major roads like U.S. 62, I-76, I-77 or I-80, which are within 1 mile from the loading docks of the building.  Rail access will be provided by Norfolk Southern Corporation's Cleveland Lines that is located directly bordering the property to the West and provides a third rail line spur directly onto the property.  In addition, Alliance, Ohio, is the main intersection of the Fort Wayne and Cleveland lines bringing both major North/South and East/West traffic through the city.  Sea transportation is available to the facility less than 50 miles to the North at the major Great Lakes Seaport of Cleveland, Ohio.  International air transportation is available from the 4 major international and regional airports less than 60 miles from the facility (Akron Fulton International; Akron Canton Regional; Greater Pittsburgh International; and Cleveland Hopkins International).
