NTTC Names Monica Mastracco as Its New Manager of Member Relations
ARLINGTON, Va., Jan. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Tank Truck Carriers, Inc. (NTTC) announced today that Monica Mastracco joined the organization as its new Manager of Member Relations. Mastracco returns to the tank truck industry after having worked for various associations throughout the greater Washington, DC area, including the Philanthropy Roundtable and the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). She garnered her first experience in the tank truck industry as a college student working in the safety and compliance department of a leading tank truck carrier in her hometown of Canton, Ohio. After earning her degree from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana, Ms. Mastracco headed to the Beltway to begin her career in association work through a variety of public policy and communication positions.

For almost 70 years, the National Tank Truck Carriers, Inc. (NTTC) has represented the tank truck industry before Congress and various Federal agencies, including the Department of Transportation, the Environmental Protection Agency, OSHA, and others. NTTC provides its members with information on legislative, regulatory, and operational developments that affect their businesses. The Association also serves as an industry resource to carriers, shippers, regulators, the news media, financial community, and the general public.
