NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Expands Presence In Connecticut With Acquisition

DANBURY, Conn., April 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, New York, announced today it has acquired the assets of West Haven Regional, Inc. and Westville Regional, Inc. in New Haven, Connecticut, which until recently conducted business as a Weichert franchisee under the banner of Weichert, Realtors® Regional Properties, and has served homebuyers and sellers in New Haven, Middlesex and eastern Fairfield Counties since 1993.

The company has approximately 90 affiliated sales associates and two offices located at 236 Boston Post Road in Orange, and at 2440 Whitney Ave in Hamden — both of which will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. This acquisition further builds on Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's momentum in Connecticut after acquiring another residential real estate firm in Branford in November 2016. 

Westville Regional Properties broker-owner Clement Fucci, along with broker co-owners Thomas Cavaliere and Nicholas Mastrangelo, will affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales capacity.
