NPRA Welcomes State Dept. Decision on Keystone XL Pipeline

WASHINGTON, Aug. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- National Petrochemical & Refiners Association President Charles T. Drevna issued the following statement in response to a State Department Environmental Impact Statement issued today that said the proposed Keystone XL pipeline bringing oil from Canada to refineries in Texas would not cause significant environmental problems during its construction or operation:
