NPRA Welcomes House Passage of Keystone XL Pipeline Legislation

Drevna issued the following statement today after House passage of the North American-Made Energy Security Act, which would require the Obama administration to decide by Nov. 1 whether to approve construction of the Keystone XL pipeline from Canada to Texas:
