NPRA Welcomes Advancement of Keystone XL Pipeline

WASHINGTON, June 15, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Charles T. Drevna, president of NPRA, the National Petrochemical & Refiners Association, issued the following statement welcoming a vote by the House Subcommittee on Energy and Power today approving bipartisan legislation requiring the Obama administration to issue a final order by Nov. 1 on whether the Keystone XL pipeline can be built to transport oil from Western Canada to Texas.
