WASHINGTON, Feb. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The official Youth Misery Index, as calculated by Young America's Foundation (YAF), has hit a record high of 98.6. The index is calculated by adding figures for youth unemployment (at a near record high), average graduating student loan debt (at a record high) and the per capita national debt (also at a record high).
