Novo Nordisk Partners with Award-Winning YouTube Star Michael Stevens on New Online Videos for Diabetes Education
Company launches The Diabetes Download, a new YouTube channel brought to you by Cornerstones4Care®, to help people living with diabetes incorporate better disease management into their lives.
PLAINSBORO, N.J., Oct. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Novo Nordisk, a world leader in diabetes care, announced a new partnership with online sensation Michael Stevens, host and creator of the popular YouTube channel Vsauce, to launch a new 6-part video series, "Breaking Down Diabetes." Stevens, well known for his entertaining approach to explaining the science behind seemingly ordinary, everyday phenomena, will apply this approach to explain the science behind diabetes.
The "Breaking Down Diabetes" 6-part video series captures Stevens' engaging and energetic personality to break down this complex disease; topics include:
- What Is Diabetes?
- Signs and Symptoms of Diabetes
- Diabetes by the Numbers
- Blood Sugar and the Body
- Diabetes Medicines
- Diabetes Management

Most of these videos are available in English and Spanish.
