NOVA Appoints Graham Younger As President & Chief Operating Officer
GLENDALE, Calif., June 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- NOVA today announced that Graham Younger will be joining the Company as President & Chief Operating Officer later this month.
Mr. Younger joins NOVA from Box, Inc, a leading cloud company, where he has served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations since February 2014. The announcement was made by NOVA CEO Lincoln Wallen, to whom Mr. Younger will report.

Mr. Younger has more than two decades of experience as a leader in the enterprise software industry, with a wealth of global experience building and rapidly scaling some of the world's leading technology businesses.
Early in his career, Mr. Younger worked for IBM and Oracle Corporation in a variety of sales and management positions in London, England before moving to the U.S. in 2005 with Cramer Systems. Following the acquisition of Cramer by Amdocs in 2006, Mr. Younger rejoined Oracle as Global Vice President of Sales.
In 2011, Mr. Younger joined SuccesssFactors, prior to the Company's $3.4B acquisition by SAP. As Senior Vice President & General Manager, he was responsible for over $1B in global SaaS & Human Capital Management software revenues, before joining Box, Inc as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations in February 2014. During his tenure at Box, he grew revenues from $100M to over $300M and was part of the executive leadership team that took the Company public in January 2015.
