Notice Of Termination Of Offer To Purchase For Cash $30,000,000 Principal Amount Of The Outstanding 13% Senior Secured Notes Due 2016 Of Green Field Energy Services, Inc.

LAFAYETTE, La., Oct. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Field Energy Services, Inc. (the "Company") announces today the termination of its previously announced Offer to Purchase for Cash $30 million principal amount of the outstanding 13% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 of the Company (the "Notes"). This Notice of Termination of Offer to Purchase for Cash $30 million principal amount of the outstanding Notes (this "Notice of Termination") is given with respect to that certain Offer to Purchase and the related Letter of Transmittal dated August 30, 2013 (the "Offer") made to purchase $30 million principal amount of the outstanding Notes upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer.

Pursuant to its terms, the Offer expired upon the Expiration Date of the Offer at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on October 29, 2013.  As of 5:00 p.m. on Expiration Date, the General Conditions to the Offer had not been satisfied.  Consequently, the Company has elected to terminate the Offer and not accept for payment any Notes tendered pursuant to the Offer. All previously tendered Notes will be returned.

All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Offer.  In the event there are any inconsistencies between the language of the Offer or the Notice of Termination, the language of the Notice of Termination shall control.
