TORONTO, Dec. 10, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the confidential pre-hearing conference will continue on January 16, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at which time the panel anticipates scheduling dates for a hearing on the merits in this matter.
