TORONTO, July 5, 2013 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing on July 2, 2013 setting the matter down to be heard on July 12, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest for the Commission:

(1)     to extend the Temporary Order pursuant to subsections 127(7) and (8) of the Act until the final disposition of this matter or until such time as the Commission considers necessary; and
(2)     to make such further orders as the Commission considers appropriate.
