TORONTO, Sept. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing today, which provides that, a hearing pursuant to subsection 144(1) of the Act will be held on September 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest for the Commission: (i) to vary the Temporary Order pursuant to subsection 144(1) of the Act to permit Sino-Forest and the Monitor to distribute the CCAA Materials; and (ii) to make such further orders as the Commission considers appropriate.
