TORONTO, May 24, 2013 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing on May 23, 2013 setting the matter down to be heard on May 30, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. to consider whether, in the opinion of the Commission, it is in the public interest pursuant to subsections 127(1), (7) and (8) of the Act, for the Commission to issue an order to:

(1) extend the Temporary Order; and
(2) make such further orders as the Commission considers appropriate.
