TORONTO, July 17, 2013 /CNW/ - Following a hearing held on July 16, 2013, the Commission issued an Order in the above named matter approving the Settlement Agreement reached between Staff of the Commission and Onix International Inc. and Tyrone Constantine Phipps.

The Order also provides that the Merits Hearing Dates are vacated.
