TORONTO, April 26, 2013 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:

   
(i)      the oral hearing scheduled for April 26, 2013 proceed in writing and the hearing date
scheduled for April 26, 2013 is vacated;
   
(ii)      the Temporary Order is extended against Rash until September 5, 2013; and
   
(iii)      the hearing is adjourned to September 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.
