TORONTO, Aug. 20, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the Pre-Hearing Conference is adjourned and shall continue, pursuant to Rule 6 of the Commission's Rules of Procedure, on September 18, 2012, at 4:00 p.m., or such other date and time as is specified by the Secretary's Office and agreed to by the parties.

The pre-hearing conference will be held in camera.
