TORONTO, Oct. 3, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the currently scheduled date of October 4, 2012 for the sanctions hearing for Mendelson in the matter is vacated; and the sanctions hearing for Mendelson shall commence on October 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and, if necessary, will continue on October 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
