TORONTO, May 24, 2013 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing setting the matter down to be heard on May 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. to consider whether, it is in the public interest for the Commission to make an order under paragraph 2 of subsection 127(1) of the Act that all trading in the securities of ITOK Capital Corp. ("ITOK"), whether direct or indirect, should cease permanently or for such period as is specified in the order.
