NoteVault appoints Ken May as CCO; James Darcey as new COO
New executives appointed as company expands to better meet customers' needs
SAN DIEGO, June 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- NoteVault, a provider of patented mobile reporting solutions for the engineering and construction industries, has announced the creation of its Chief Commercial Officer position in order to better support the company's expansion plans and continued growth.
Ken May, previously NoteVault's Chief Operations Officer, will take on this new role, heading commercial activities that include sales, business development, strategy and partnerships.

James Darcey, will assume the position of Chief Operations Officer, responsible for operations management and NoteVault's industry leading customer support. He joins NoteVault after 11 years as Executive Vice President of Single Touch Interactive, now SITO Mobile. In that position, Darcey was responsible for account management, carrier relations and business development. Prior to that, he managed data services for Alltel Communications with responsibility for operations.
