With nearly 20 years of experience, Ms. Payne represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation, and appellate matters, including real estate disputes, contract claims, False Claims Act cases, and energy-related litigation. She also handles cases involving legal malpractice, disqualification, ethics and professional liability.
