Northwell Teams Up with XO Group brand The Bump to Help Prep Expectant Moms for Prenatal Visits and Provide Need-to-Know Pregnancy Information

Planner+ prepares expecting moms with a detailed guide to each important prenatal visit throughout her nine months of pregnancy. The guide features appointment-specific information about the visit and what to expect, the most important questions to ask doctors and how to prepare for the appointment. With the new Planner+ feature, not only can the user easily add an appointment to her iOS calendar, but she'll receive a detailed guide to fully prepare for that visit. Additionally, she'll receive a reminder email about her appointment 48 hours before the visit that will include the detailed guide.

In addition to Planner+, of which all content is verified by Northwell Health experts, the health system's clinical experts will be available nationally to The Bump users through the existing "Real Answers" platform. Northwell fertility, obstetric and pediatric clinicians will contribute advice and guidance on questions from The Bump users across the country.
