Northstar Commercial Partners CEO Brian Watson to be interviewed on 21st Century Television with guest host, Donald Trump, Jr.

DENVER, June 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Northstar Commercial Partners today announced a $13.5 million acquisition of Cherry Creek Place I in Aurora, Colorado. When combined with previous ownership of Cherry Creek Place II, the two buildings represent more than 400,000 square-feet of prime commercial real estate in Aurora, the third largest city in the state.

An interview of Watson by 21st Century Television's guest host, Donald Trump, Jr. will air this weekend. The show, to air on Fox Business Network and Bloomberg Television as paid programming, will detail Northstar's unique approach to finding and creating value in the commercial real estate sector.

"I prefer buying vacant because I understand the downside: it is vacant," said Watson during the interview. "And until such time as we put it back into productivity, it's going to remain that way. So we acquire these assets at usually 50 percent or less of replacement cost. And we invest in them."
