North State Bank Names Stacy R. Reedy As Chief Financial Officer
RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Senior Vice President Stacy R. Reedy has been named chief financial officer (CFO) for North State Bank (the "Bank") announced Larry D. Barbour, president and CEO. Reedy joined the bank in 2013, most recently serving as general auditor and chief risk officer.
"Stacy is an integral part of North State Bank, and she brings to this position a unique depth of knowledge of both the industry and risk management," commented Barbour. Reedy holds both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in accounting from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.
Founded in 2000, North State Bank is a full-service community bank serving Wake and New Hanover counties through seven full-service offices, and is the parent company of North State Bank Mortgage and CommunityPLUS.
