North State Bank Mortgage Increases Presence On The Outer Banks
Veteran lenders David Joyner and Carrie Cubine join the firm.
RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- After establishing its presence on North Carolina's northern coast in October 2015, North State Bank Mortgage has enhanced its Outer Banks team by hiring David Joyner and Carrie Cubine, two industry veterans who are well-established in the market. North State Bank Mortgage, a division of North State Bank, first established a foothold on the Outer Banks with the hiring of the former Beach Mortgage team.

Responsible for meeting the mortgage lending needs of Currituck, Dare, and Hyde County residents purchasing homes, as well as people who are purchasing vacation homes in the area, Joyner and Cubine are conveniently located in Kill Devil Hills.
Joyner, a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, has served the financial services industry for 15 years, 11 of which he has spent as a mortgage lender on the Outer Banks. Active in the community, he is president of the Dare/Currituck Pirate Club, is treasurer of the SURF CLUB (Outer Banks Relief Foundation), and is a member of the Kitty Hawk Rotary Club, the Board of Visitors of East Carolina University, the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce, the Outer Banks Association of Realtors and the Outer Banks Home Builders Association.
A graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, Cubine has 16 years of experience as a mortgage lender, specializing in conventional, government and jumbo loan products. She has lived and worked on the Outer Banks for 17 years and has a solid understanding of the local market. She is a member of the Kitty Hawk Rotary, the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce, the Outer Banks Association of Realtors and the Outer Banks Homebuilders Association.
