North Jersey Community Bank Promotes Elizabeth Magennis to Executive Vice President

Magennis, who previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending and Relationship Officer, will oversee all of the bank's lending activities as well as business development and customer relationship management. Since joining NJCB five years ago, Magennis has played a critical role in the bank's exceptional growth.

Magennis joined NJCB in 2006 as Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer. After less than one year, she was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, where she assumed responsibility for the bank's lending operations. In 2010, she acquired the additional title of Chief Relationship Officer. Prior to joining NJCB, Magennis was a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Bergen Commercial Bank, SBA Underwriter/Lender at Sovereign Bank, Vice President and Branch Manager at Commercial Bank of New York and Senior Personal Banker at Bank of New York. Magennis holds a BA in psychology from Ramapo College and an AS in business administration from St. John's University.
