North Highland Promotes Two to Co-President Positions

David Deiters and Michael Lee will guide continued rapid growth of consulting firm

ATLANTA, May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- North Highland (www.northhighland.com) has announced that former executive vice presidents David Deiters and Michael Lee have been appointed as co-presidents over the global consulting firm. The promotions will help to support North Highland's continued growth both domestically and internationally. Currently, the firm has 45 offices in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Both Deiters and Lee will provide leadership and have accountability over the entire North Highland consulting business, with specific responsibilities divided between different geographic sectors, programs and industries.

"As we continue to grow as a result of our unique philosophy and client successes, we are realigning our company to support the much larger organization that we are today," explained Dan Reardon, North Highland's chief executive officer. "Both Dave and Mike have been highly instrumental in our growth, and we anticipate strong guidance from them as they step into even greater management roles."

Reardon further indicated that North Highland is undertaking 2010 expansions in the United States, China and the United Kingdom to better serve its multinational clients, and is also expanding partnerships across the globe through Highland Worldwide, the firm's international company.

Previously, David Deiters led North Highland's flagship Atlanta office. His 27 years of consulting work includes large technology and integration projects, and helping clients get products to market faster. Prior to joining North Highland, he held executive leadership positions with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Firstwave Global and McCall Technology.

Michael Lee's previous responsibilities at North Highland included serving as local office leader in Charlotte, one of the firm's largest U.S. offices. He has 20 years of experience in business process and technology improvement initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, Lee was a managing director at BearingPoint and a senior manager with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
