Carlos Figueroa named as one of magazine's Top 25 Consultants 2010

ATLANTA, June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- North Highland (www.northhighland.com) announced today that Carlos Figueroa, principal at the firm's Washington, D.C., office, has been chosen by Consulting magazine as one of its Top 25 Consultants 2010. Figueroa will be honored at the magazine's Top 25 Awards Dinner on June 17 at the St. Regis Hotel in New York.

Figueroa is a change management and human capital consultant with over 20 years of experience. He is accomplished in helping private and public sector organizations accomplish restructuring and merger and acquisition integrations with sensitivity to human behavioral needs. He also specializes in the identification, integration and launch of information technology spanning multiple locations. Since joining North Highland three years ago, he has advised several high-profile organizations, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Academy for Educational Development and the Brookings Institution.

A Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Hopkins Fellow in Change Management, Figueroa holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University in New York, and an M.S. degree in Applied Behavioral Science – Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University, School of Continuing Studies, in Maryland.
