North Highland Announces New Senior Executive Roles

Strategic alignment of business functions allows for greater client value

ATLANTA, May 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- North Highland, a global consulting company, is pleased to announce the promotion of five senior executives as part of a company-wide initiative to support its growth and enhance value for its clients.

"In their new positions, these leaders will streamline our processes and offer invaluable expertise that will enable the North Highland spirit and culture to continue to thrive."

New roles and titles include:

Kirk Hancock, chief financial officer, will also assume the role of chief operating officer at the North Highland holding company level, with oversight of North Highland and TrueBridge Resources, a professional staffing company and North Highland affiliate.

Cindy Davis, chief people officer, will oversee all people functions, including human resources, recruitment, learning and development, and consulting support services.

David Deiters, president, will lead the creation and management of specialization groups to leverage teams with deep expertise. In addition, Deiters will also oversee North Highland's two divisions, Enfathom, business intelligence and analytics solutions division, and strategic marketing agency Sparks Grove.

Michael Lee, president, will be responsible for strengthening North Highland's focus on industry and functional teams, in addition to being accountable for all market regions globally and continuing strong leadership in local markets.

David Reiling, executive vice president, is responsible for the design, implementation and management of a new business management function. This new role supports various administrative obligations of running an office to allow market leaders the ability to focus almost entirely on their clients and people.

These strategic enhancements will occur throughout the next few months and will strengthen the company and the local office model as well as create exciting opportunities for employees and clients.
