North Highland Announces Hunter Holliday as Vice President - General Counsel

ATLANTA, April 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to welcome Hunter Holliday to the firm as Vice President – General Counsel. In this role, Holliday will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of North Highland.

Holliday brings expertise in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances and complex contract negotiations. His experience ranges across a wide set of industries, along with extensive understanding in the general corporate management of businesses, often serving as outside general counsel for clients, managing and coordinating the provision of all legal services for an organization.

Holliday joins North Highland from law firm Alston & Bird, where he served as a partner within the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities Group. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University, and completed his Bachelors of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of the office, Holliday served on the Board of Directors for eight years for City of Refuge, a redemptive housing, food, education and work training center in Atlanta.
