North Highland Announces Changes to Board of Managers

Dan Reardon elected as Chairman & Loretta Penn to serve as Lead Director

ATLANTA, March 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The North Highland Company, Inc. parent company of management consulting firm North Highland, announced today several changes to its Board. Dan Reardon was elected to serve as Chairman of the Board, and Loretta Penn was nominated and chosen as Lead Director.

Reardon is currently Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at North Highland. He has held this position for more than 15 years. Reardon joined the firm 22 years ago when there were only 25 employees and was highly instrumental in the growth of the company. He is also the founder of Cordence Worldwide, a uniquely agile global management consulting partnership whose member firms help enterprise and government clients all over the world achieve remarkable, sustainable results and employs more than 1,200 consultants outside the United States.

Reardon is replacing outgoing Chairman Rear Admiral Marsha (Marty) Evans, who is retiring from the Board. Evans has been a board member since 2008, serving as chair of the Governance Committee, a member of the Compensation Committee and finally as Chair of the Board for the last three years. She also distinguished herself as one of only a handful of women to reach the rank of rear admiral during her 30-year career in the Navy.

Penn, who joined the Board in 2013, is the founder and president of PECC, LLC, an executive coaching and consulting company. Prior to that she was president of the largest division of Spherion Staffing Services, responsible for a $1 billion-plus operation in more than 500 offices.
