North Highland Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Rear Admiral Marsha Evans named non-Executive Chairman of the Board

ATLANTA, Feb. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Global management consulting firm North Highland announced today that Rear Admiral Marsha (Marty) Evans has been elected as non-Executive Chairman of the Board. Evans has been a board member since 2008, serving as Chair for the Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

During Evans' 30-year career with the Navy, she distinguished herself as one of only a handful of women to reach the rank of Rear Admiral. Additionally, after retiring from the Navy, Evans went on to lead several non-profit organizations, including the Girls Scouts of the USA and the American Red Cross.

Evans is replacing current non-Executive Chairman Michael W. Trapp, who is retiring from the board, after serving as a director for more than 15 years and as Chairman since 2012.
