Local, Long-Distance and Interstate Moving Company NDMS Continues to Receive High Ratings and Brisk Business as Texas Leads Nation in Population Growth
DALLAS, Jan. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- For the third consecutive year, North Dallas Moving and Storage (NDMS) was recognized as the best residential movers in Dallas-Fort Worth, earning a 2016 Consumers' Choice Award. The full-service relocation company is based in Carrollton, Texas, and has maintained high ratings and customer satisfaction during a particularly busy period for area movers, as new reports show the state continues to lead the nation in population growth.(1, 2)
Thousands of Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex residents cast votes for their favorite local businesses across dozens of categories in the annual VoteDFW.com campaign. The winning companies were honored with a 2016 Consumers' Choice Award, which recognizes superior customer service, integrity and professionalism.
"We're very proud and grateful to have earned the Consumers' Choice Award for the third year in a row, and the credit goes to our dedicated moving professionals and wonderful staff," said Brandon Morris, President of North Dallas Moving and Storage. "Our company has been actively involved throughout the DFW communities for over 50 years, and it means a lot to us to know that so many satisfied clients have taken the time to share their high regard for our services."
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Texas ranks first in the nation in numeric population growth, adding 432,957 new residents from July 2015 to July 2016. Though Utah claims the top spot for percentage growth, at 2.03% compared to the Lone Star State's 1.58%, Texas still ranks in the top 10 nationwide.(1)
A new report from the Texas Association of Realtors revealed that Texas ranks second only behind Florida for inbound migration from other states. More than 553,000 people moved to Texas from other states in 2015; accounting for outbound migration, the state had a net gain of 107,689 residents. The Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington area had the second-highest net gains in out-of-state residents, netting 24,997 residents, just behind Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land and ahead of Austin-Round Rock.(2)
"We continually strive to maintain the high-quality, attentive service that has made us the Texas interstate moving company of choice for those relocating from or to other states, and we're proud that so many Texas residents have come back to us again and again for their local and long-distance moves within the state," noted Morris.
Among those many satisfied customers is Daniel Molendyke. "Of all the moving companies I've used over the years, North Dallas Moving and Storage was the most experienced and knowledgeable. They are a totally professional and well-established company that takes pride in their efforts to make life easy on the people moving," he asserted. Molendyke gave the company a perfect five-star rating, adding, "I wish there was a sixth star for all of the team!"
