North Central Bancshares, Inc. Declares Dividend
FORT DODGE, Iowa, May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- North Central Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq: FFFD), the holding company for First Federal Savings Bank of Iowa (the "Bank") announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per share on its common stock to be paid on July 2, 2010 to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2010.
