North 6th Agency Crowns Winner Of 2nd Annual "N6-get-Away" Competition

NEW YORK, July 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- North 6^th Agency (N6A), an award-winning communications agency based in the heart of SoHo in New York City, today announced that Senior Account Executive Selena Yang has been named the winner of its 2^nd annual "N6-get-Away" competition.

The "N6-get-Away" is an annual competition that rewards the highest-producing N6A staff member over the first half of the year, from the period beginning on January 1, 2015 and ending on June 30, 2015.

Each month every N6A staff member receives production rankings in five Key Performance Indicator (KPI) categories according to their role and responsibilities within the organization. The staff member with the highest average monthly ranking as of June 30 is named winner of the "N6-get-Away" competition.

The "N6-get-Away" competition is one of several performance, perks and quality of life programs that N6A has developed through the years. Other signature programs are the "N6A Bucket List" competition, which rewards the highest-producing N6A staff member over the second half of the year, as well as the N6A "Chairman's Pick", Producer of the Week, Team of the Month, and "N6-leg-Acy PTO" programs. 

For winning the 2^nd annual "N6-get-Away" competition, Selena Yang's name will be added to an exclusive list of winners who have been crowned champions of N6A's signature performance competitions over the past several years, including:

• 2014 "N6A Bucket List" Competition: Nina Velasquez (Sundance Film Festival, Park City, UT)
• 2015 "N6-get-Away" Competition: Selena Yang (Destination TBD)
