North 6th Agency Appoints Former News America Executive Adam North as Senior Vice President of Global Sales
N6A taps 20+ year senior sales executive to lead global sales, business development, and partnership efforts across NYC and Toronto offices
NEW YORK and TORONTO, Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- North 6th Agency (N6A), an award-winning communications and social media agency based in New York City and Toronto, today announced that it has hired Adam North as Senior Vice President of Global Sales.
North will report directly to N6A CEO Matt Rizzetta. He will oversee sales and business development, enterprise sales efforts, partnership strategies, lead generation and demand generation channel strategies, CRM and marketing automation infrastructure, and other core leadership functions to support sales efforts across N6A's New York and Toronto offices, as well as its global client reach.
North comes to N6A after spending the past 25 years at News America Marketing (News America), a subsidiary of News Corp. Most recently, North was the Senior Vice President of News America's largest region in New York and Canada with annual billings in excess of $150 million, and oversaw a sales staff of 50 employees.
From 2004 to 2008 North served as the Senior Vice President of News America's Canadian subsidiary News Marketing Canada where he was based in Toronto. Under his leadership, News Marketing Canada grew revenues from $45 million to $65 million and increased operating profit each year. North reported directly to the CEO of News America, and developed top relationships at key accounts including Conagra, General Mills, L'Oreal, Nestle, P&G and Reckitt Benckiser.
