Founded in 1955 by Norma's grandfather Christino Morales, Big Boy Concessions is a family ran wholesale ice cream company that began with the independent selling of ice cream, candies and manufactured concession goods with Cushman three wheeled scooters, three wheel bicycles, and ice cream trucks. Now, Big Boy Ice Cream has expanded to produce items including cotton candy, candy apples, popcorn, chicharrines, chicharrine wheels, chilendrinas, snow cone syrup and much more.
As Vice President, Norma specializes in account management, customer service, event management, marketing strategy, product development, sales management and more. She is responsible for the oversight of daily business operations and was recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of The Year in 2012 for her successes.
Furthermore, Norma maintains affiliation with the International Association of Ice Cream Distributors and Vendors, Empowerment Zone and Clelo Vista Church. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and outdoor activities.
