SEATTLE, Dec. 19, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Aurora, Colorado.

The 30,000 square-foot store will be located in Southlands, a popular shopping center that includes Sephora, Dick's Sporting Goods, Bath & Body Works and H&M. Southlands is owned and managed by M & J Wilkow and is ideally located off of E-470 and Smoky Hill Road in Aurora, Colorado. With the addition of this new location, Nordstrom will operate eight Nordstrom Rack stores and two Nordstrom stores in Colorado. The store is scheduled to open in fall 2023.
